  • Applies to lawyers and paralegals who are not members of the Middlesex Law Association.
  • Available to students enrolled in law school at Western University or a paralegal enrolled in a paralegal program at a College i.e. a full time student

This program is intended for articling students (and anyone who missed the program earlier this year) to learn how to be successful and more effective in small claims court.  Hear from two deputy judges on what to do and what not to do in terms of pleadings, settlement conferences, trials and motions.

This is a “must attend” seminar given the 2025 increase to $50,000. After this seminar, you will be able to immediately implement these tips and this knowledge into your practice.
