Committee co-chairs Jacob Damstra of Lerners LLP and Erin Rankin Nash of Ferguson Patterson PC Lawyers invite you to attend the second annual Wellness Summit building on the success of last year's program. (An optional light buffet lunch will be provided from 12:30-1:00pm and the program will follow).
This year's program offers more practical, implementable solutions to wellness for busy legal professionals to enhance physical, emotional and mental wellness, as well as cognitive performance, productivity, resilience, and overall well-being for your life in law.
We all recognize the importance of wellness. However, it can be a struggle to fit wellness into our every day lives given the stress and pressures of working in law along with family & other obligations.
Through demonstrations, presentations, and expert speakers including a registered dietitian, psychiatrist, occupational therapist and director of wellness, the following topics will be explored:
- Optimize your environment, optimize your wellness
- Performance Nutrition: How we can fuel best to handle a busy work / life day
- Incorporating physical wellness into your personal & professional life
