Anita Osmani is a Family Lawyer at Harrison Pensa with a broad family practice, representing clients in litigation and negotiations. Anita’s practice encompasses parenting issues, child and spousal support, division of property, and child protection. She assists clients with both litigation and in preparing domestic contracts, including marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements and separation agreements. Anita is mindful that every family situation is unique and personal and understands the need to have dependable and compassionate counsel. She is committed to helping her clients navigate the legal system while helping them achieve their best interests.
