The Impact of the Pandemic on Personal Injury Litigation

This fall’s program will focus on various aspects of your files and practice impacted by the pandemic including guest speaker, the Honourable Mr. Justice Grace. We will also hear from a panel of service providers who will comment on the how the pandemic has impacted their  pandemic on their services, reports or delivery methods. Sarah Kirshin Neilans will share an important case comment on how the limitation date suspension is being applied. Finally, Louis DelSignore will share a recent win at the LAT!
