This fall’s real estate program welcomes back Jeffrey Lem, the Director of Titles and Wanda Griffin, Deputy Director of Titles.  Jeffrey and Wanda will address changes to and developments in real estate law, and the Land Titles Act.  As always, they will answer your questions, provide direction and practical tips.  The second part of the program features Matthew Wilson speaking about what to do if a deal’s falling apart and Casey Hayward will discuss fixing errors on conversion.
