Hear from two deputy judges on what to do and what not to do in terms of pleadings, settlement conferences, trials and motions. This is a “must attend” seminar given the increase to $35,000 for small claims court claims as of January 1, 2020! After this seminar, you will be able to immediately implement these tips and this knowledge into your practice.
