This program contains 1.5 Professionalism hours & 4.5 hours of Substantive content.

Intro: Tuesday, May 11, 2021, 4:00pm to 7:00pm
Finals:  Wednesday, May 19, 4:30pm to 7:30pm

This workshop is intended for litigators, junior or senior, who would like to practice their direct examination and cross examination skills on expert witnesses in a mock trial.

PWC LLP developed this mock trial exercise to assist lawyers in developing or improving their direct examination and cross-examination skills.  Lawyers will conduct a direct and cross-examination of an accountant expert.  Even though the case is a commercial litigation case, the experts walk you through the accounting issues with the main goal of improving your advocacy skills!

This program always has great reviews and many repeat customers!  It is limited to 8 participants, so sign-up now!

Please note that participants are required to do homework for both sessions including a review of the case study & preparing their examinations.

 MLA Members & Students  $175.00 + $22.75 HST = $197.75
