Kieran Dickson, Jim Mays, and Dagmara Wozniak were recently involved in one of the region’s first virtual civil litigation trials!  They agreed to share their experience, tips and, perhaps, what they would or would not do again.

Brendan Farrer will provide an update on the changes to the Occupier’s Liability Act. 

The new standard form Contingency Fee Agreement will be reviewed by Andrew Spurgeon.

As always, this program is relevant for both plaintiff personal injury and insurance defence lawyers.

MLA Member $125.00 + $16.25 HST = $141.25
Non-MLA Member $150.00 + $19.50 HST = $169.50
Articling student/law clerk/assistant  $75.00 + $9.75 HST = $84.75

Payment can be made online, via E-Transfer, or by cheque

If paying by cheque, please make cheque payable to the Middlesex Law Association and mail or drop it off. We are working off-site so there will be delays collecting and processing cheques.
