As recently called lawyers, articling students, summer students and junior paralegals, learn how to be more effective defending provincial offence charges in the Ontario Court of Justice. Hear tips from an experienced lawyer and provincial prosecutor on what to do and not to do including comments on procedure, law, advocacy, materials and other practical matters.

Fee:
$35.00 + 4.55 HST = $39.55 for MLA members
$45.00 + 5.85 HST = $50.85 for non MLA members
$30.00 + 3.90 HST = $33.90 for articling students, summer students, law students, law clerks & legal assistants

Registration deadline: Friday, August 24, 2018 by 4:00pm
